PVA Water Soluble Thread
Water-soluble PVA fiber is a kind of functional differential fiber with great value. Water-soluble PVA fiber is a characteristic variety of PVA, which can be divided into filament and staple fiber. Filament water-soluble thread has stronger tensile strength, uniform thickness and better solubility than staple water-soluble thread. It can have 20 ~ 100℃ water soluble temperature, dissolved in water at tasteless, non-toxic. Water soluble thread is colorless and transparent, can be naturally biodegradable in a very short time.
Discoloration Threads : Noctilucent Light Thread
Noctilucent thread is made with noctilucent fiber, and noctilucent fiber is a new functional and environmentally friendly material made of rare luminous materials. The noctilucent fiber absorbs light in the sun for 5-10 minutes, and then leaves the noctilucent thread in the dark, it will glow for more than eight hours with not dazzling and but bright. This material does not contain any radioactivity.
The noctilucent filament is white, and can also be made in other colors, such as red, purple, blue, green, etc. The default changing color in dark environment are green light, and other colors can be customized, such as sky blue, fluorescent yellow, etc.
Discoloration Threads : Reflective Thread
Reflective thread is implanted the reflective yarn inside the thread, use to reflective the light back to original illuminant place to provide a better reflective and warning effect.
The product has good weather resistance, not easy to fade, good fastness, good reflective effect and other characteristics. Widely used in clothing, shoes and hats, toys, embroidery industry.
Discoloration Threads : Light Discoloration Thread (UV & Sunlight)
Light discoloration thread is made of imported light discoloration material added to the fiber, or monomer coating to the products. The products are generally under UV light, sunlight into another color.
The light discoloration thread is generally made of polyester or nylon. The product is non-toxic, environmental protection and washable.
Discoloration Threads : Thermal Discoloration Thread
This thread is originally colored and turns white in different temperature environments. At present, some colors are red turning white, blue turning white, yellow turning white, black turning white, blue turning red, red turning yellow and red turning black.
Common specifications 150D/2, other specifications can be customized, ambient temperature below 20 degrees display color. This brings your final product a novel and unique feeling.
Flame Resistance Thread
Flame resistantance thread describes a thread inherently resistant to catching fire when exposed to a flame; it does notmelt or drip and will self-extinguish without the heat source, therefore preventing fire from spreading. Normally use for sewing clothing and gear for first responders, motor sports participants, military, fireman and others who need protection from fire and heat. It has a flat, cotton-like finish, and meets NFPA standards. This are normally made by wrapping a thin Aramid ,Kevlar and Nomex in an outer layer of fiber. This gives the thread a fuzzy texture, cotton-like look, and lets it be dyed any color.
